Meet our newest experiment-turned-menu-star: the Reuben Gyro 👀🥙

Huge shoutout to our manager X for dreaming this one up — he took everything you love about a classic Reuben and flipped it into a Shah’s-style gyro.

We’re talking: sauerkraut, grilled onions, and a Dijon-honey mustard drizzle all piled on our gyro meat and toasted pita.
It’s tangy, sweet, smoky, and ridiculously good.

Come try X’s creation this week and let us know if it deserves a permanent spot on the menu. 🙌
