The name 1129 honors the birthdate of our family member, Jordan Munoz — a son, a brother, a CSU-Pueblo wrestler, and a young man whose strength and spirit continue to inspire us every day.

Some people may not know the meaning behind 1129.

November 29 was my son Jordan’s birthday. Losing him changed me forever and left a space in my heart that nothing will ever fill. This restaurant carries his date because I wanted something meaningful to keep his name, his spirit and his memory present in my everyday life.

Every time someone walks through our doors, shares a meal or creates a memory here, they become part of something much bigger than a restaurant. 1129 is built from love, loss, faith and the decision to keep moving forward while carrying Jordan with me.

This will always be more than a business to me. It is part of his legacy—and part of mine. ❤️

We’ve spent the past year meeting so many wonderful people throughout our community, and now we’re creating a night dedicated to showing our locals some serious love.
