We serve many varieties of food ranging from our Famous Sausage Sandwich, "The Fuggedaboudit" (1/4lb-1/2lb Sausage Sandwich with american, swiss and provolone cheeses, lettuce, tomato and our home grown roasted Pueblo chilies!) to chicken fingers for the kids.

Henry “Carl” Musso — a hardworking man whose legacy helped shape Musso’s Restaurant and the Pueblo community for generations.

Carl built a life centered around family, resilience, and hard work. Through every challenge, he continued showing up for the people he loved and the community he cared so much about. His dedication, kindness, and welcoming spirit touched so many lives over the years.

Carl fed people from Pueblo and far beyond, but more importantly, he made people feel at home. His presence, stories, and work ethic will never be forgotten.

Musso’s Restaurant remains open, and we invite everyone to stop in, say hello to Lisa, share a memory, and continue supporting the place Carl loved so deeply. ❤️
