Tonight after cooking a 3 Course dinner with 3 different entree options a salad and plating dessert.. I walked out of the kitchen to the guests and got a huge round of applause from all 20 of the guests I fed tonight.. Talk about an overwhelming feeling but also a proud moment to feel for myself.. I have always worked so hard in everything I do and even harder now with two little boys in my life, but tonight reminded me of the bad ass chef I have grown and worked so hard to be the last 15 years it just takes these special times to remind me of it .. 1129 Spirits & Eatery Thank you

I cooked my butt off this morning to provide these delicious meals today!!
Thank you for your hard work, and support through this difficult time for our community..

Today was about so much more than a meal.

Thank you to the incredible team at San Isabel Electric for allowing us the opportunity to serve you. We are grateful for the work you're doing every day to help our neighbors and community recover.

A special thank you to my amazing staff, my family, and our friends Brandi, Sydney, and Andrew. None of this happens without people willing to step up, give their time, and serve others. I'm so thankful to be surrounded by such caring and selfless people.

It truly takes a village, and today was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people come together to help one another.
