Happy Father’s Day to all the dads!
Looking ahead;
We will most likely take off the 4th of July week! I’m not 100% on that yet.
But planning to open this week as always! (Trying to decide, add Thursday again or just Friday/Saturday?)
Looking back;
Thanks to everyone who came out this week!
Yesterday was very busy, we had a lot of people show up right at opening. We had a few hiccups. An online order was placed and I’m not sure how. We are not doing online orders at this time!. I did serve that individual ahead of others as I thought it was in our best interest to get that dealt with first and out-of-the-way. 
If you showed up yesterday in the mix of all that confusion I apologize! I do believe we have that resolved now but I’ll be checking into it further this week!
If you walked away because of the wait time or we were out of certain foods, I apologize and I hope you will come see us again!
(We do take call ahead orders for whole meats only! Yesterday, that sold me out of a bunch of stuff, mostly ribs. That was a very unusual experience)
With that said; Thursday’s limited menu or full barbecue: brisket, ribs, sausage, turkey, pulled pork? Your thoughts!
