We're excited to introduce ourselves, the Maltsberger family, the new owners of Puukaow Thai!
We officially took over on July 1 and are truly honored to continue the tradition of this restaurant that has meant so much to our community.
I'm Tass, and some of you may remember me from the early days of Puukaow Thai. In my short time back, I've already had the joy of reconnecting with customers I first served back in 2008. Seeing so many familiar faces has been incredibly special.
As a family, our mission is simple: to continue serving the authentic Thai flavors and warm hospitality you've come to know and love while building on the wonderful legacy that came before us.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Cook family for bringing a true taste of Thailand to our community and creating something that so many people have cherished over the years.
We're grateful for the opportunity to carry that tradition forward and look forward to serving you and your families for many years to come. Thank you for your continued support. We can't wait to see you soon! 💚
