Hero’s Blend is our signature blend with hints of maple, vanilla, and cinnamon. A portion of these proceeds go to support fallen law enforcement officers.

Our Freedom Blend is a balance of vanilla and spices to give you a sweet and savory pick me up in the middle of the day. Portion of these proceeds go to help end human trafficking.

Last and certainly not least, our Apple Pie flavored coffee. This blend brings the best of apple pie and delicious coffee flavor straight to your cup.

We are going to break up our building to two parts. We have a question about part one of the build.

How many of our first responders would like to have a space open 24 hours that has homemade style food, drinks, snacks, and even fresh made pancakes!

We are trying to come up with names for our new coffee bar. The one that seems to have taken the lead is the Blind Pig Coffee Bar.

For those who don’t know, back in prohibition days this term was used to describe speakeasy’s, or illegal bars.

We have some plans and ideas that this term will fit perfectly with such as speakeasy nights with a hidden entrance. Currently no alcohol with be served but that may be a future option.

My curiosity is what do people think of the name? Good and bad welcome!
