Introducing our cacao spice competition!
Calling all home chefs, backyard grill masters, and flavor enthusiasts! To celebrate World Chocolate Day, we challenge you to put your culinary creativity to the test using any of our artisan Cacao Spice Rubs.

Submissions open July 7th. Grab your favorite blend, start experimenting, and submit your recipe before July 28th for a chance to win one of three incredible prize packages!

Core Requirement: Participants create an original recipe using at least one Taste cacao spice seasoning and submit the recipe, instructions, and one finished dish photo on the form below.

Corn Chowder Croque: Toasted artisan bread smothered in a rich, velvety sweet corn reduction and buried under a bubbling blanket of melted Gruyère.
Cucumber Mint Finger Sandwich: Crisp, paper-thin English cucumbers and fresh mint over a zesty herbed cream cheese, nestled in pillowy, crustless bread.
Caprese Focaccia: Pillowy rosemary focaccia stacked with creamy buffalo mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil, finished with a sweet balsamic glaze.
Tuna Melt on Olive Bread: Flaky, herb-infused tuna salad and sharp melted cheddar on toasted artisanal kalamata olive bread for the ultimate savory crunch.

Desserts:
Sour Cherry Italian Cheesecake Shot: Layers of velvety, whipped mascarpone cheesecake and a buttery crust, topped with a vibrant, tart sour cherry compote.
Coconut Lamington: Moist sponge cake dipped in rich chocolate, rolled in flaky coconut, and hiding a bright, tangy passionfruit core.
