Missionary Manna FAQs:
How do I order a box?
You can contact us to order through multiple methods: missionary manna facebook messenger, email at [email protected], or text at 801-709-8295.
How much does a box cost?
$25
Do you give discounts?
We have a special offer for buying more than one box! This is meant for getting friends to purchase boxes together.
3 boxes = $22/box
4 boxes = $21/box
5 boxes = $20/box

What days do you deliver?
Our deliveries are Monday-Friday.
What information do I need to provide for my missionary’s MTC address?
You should have gotten your missionary’s address in their email a couple weeks before they entered the MTC. All we need is their full name, mail unit number, and departure date.
How long does it take for the box to be delivered to the Provo MTC after I order?
The boxes are delivered every Tuesday. If your missionary is leaving sooner and you want to make a special order, reach out to us and we can make arrangements.
What time does the package arrive?
The packages arrive at the MTC mailroom between 4:30-6 pm and the missionary will be notified with an email and confirmation number once it is received. You can also let them know that they will be expecting a package.
Do you substitute any items inside the box with other snacks?
We are not substituting any of the contents. We send the box as it is described on our first post on the Missionary Manna page.
What snacks are inside the box?
You should refer to our first post. It lists all 28 items that are included in the box.
Can I send a letter inside the box?
Yes. You can email us a pdf attachment at [email protected] and we will make sure to include it in the box :)
What if my missionary has already departed for the mission field when the package is delivered?
If that happens, we can get the box back and issue you a refund.
Do you allow Refunds?
Only if your missionary has departed before receiving the package. Otherwise we do not accept refunds.
