The Boutros family has owned and operated a variety of restaurant businesses for the past 25 years, serving a variety of foods from Mediterranean dishes, pizza, cheese steaks and sub sandwiches. With the growth and demand for Mexican food, the owners wanted to try something different. In 2006, with the concept of a fully operating open kitchen where the customer observes the preparation, cooking a

nd serving of their food directly in front of them, they opened Baja’s Tex Mex Grill. The plan for Baja’s Tex Mex Grill was to procure the freshest and best available ingredients, and for it to be prepared and served by a predominantly Hispanic staff from various countries that grew up with and have the same foods in their homes every day. The desire is to serve the fast food industry with freshness, quality, and value … just as if it was home made in your own home.
