Since hitting the streets in the Spring of 2014 in Providence, Rhode Island, Tricycle Ice Cream has been on a three-wheeled journey to perfect the ice cream sandwich. Taking inspiration from our most mouth watering childhood memories, we aspire to create ice cream and cookie flavor combinations that are delicious, unforgettable and unique. We make all of our ice cream in small batches using organi

c milk and cream, along with as many fresh ingredients from local farmers. Oftentimes, we shop for many of our ingredients from vendors at the farmers markets, picking out the freshest produce for the ice cream we are making that week. Basically, we want to make our patrons smile as they think to them self or scream out loud—“This is the best ice cream sandwich ever!”
