As 2025 comes to a close, we want to say thank you. Really.
Thank you to everyone who came through our doors this year. To the familiar faces that slowly became part of our extended Tea in Sahara family. To the friends who chose us as their meeting spot, the families who gathered around our tables, the graduations we hosted, the music nights that filled the room, and all the moments in between.
We’re grateful to be a place where people come to slow down, sit a little longer, talk a little more, and enjoy good food and tea without rushing life. A place where our community can unwind, reconnect, and simply be.
Wishing you a new year filled with love, shared meals, good conversations, and plenty of reasons to come together.

We’re hiring!

We’re looking to add a couple of new people to the front-of-house team at Tea in Sahara.

If you’ve worked in cafés, restaurants, or anywhere fast-paced and detail-driven, we’d love to meet you.

The role includes taking orders, prepping tea, keeping the space clean, staying organized—among other things that come with helping a small café run smoothly. It’s not a punch-in/punch-out kind of job. It’s a space where we care about how things feel, how they look, and how we work together.

We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Comfortable moving quickly without cutting corners
- A fast learner who notices the little things
- Kind, respectful, and knows how to read a room
- Not afraid of multitasking or wiping a counter twice

Moroccan mint tea is central to social life in Morocco. It is offered to guests and friends as a sign of hospitality. We serve it in all occasions and is often prepared by the head of the household in a ceremonial way in front of the guest.
Although it can be prepared in different ways from one region to the other, it is guaranteed to have gunpowder green tea, fresh mint, sugar and water. As opposed to the British tradition, ours we serve in small glasses. We stretch it to bring out the flavors by mixing it and airing it.
