1. Crispy tostones w/ brisket and hot sauce
2. Golden beet salad w/ apple cider braised beets, shaved carrots, baby arugula, toasted walnuts and buttermilk dressing
3. Braised pork tacos with pico and sour cream
4. New drinks including the return of old favorites like the Deputy Hawk- bourbon, lemongrass ginger tea, peach and key lime white balsamic.
