The voting is in and a HUGE congratulations ๐ŸŽ‰ to Chinatown on Thayer!! They are crowned as the KING/QUEEN of Thayer Street with bragging rights for the next year and a check for $1000!
โ€œOn behalf of Chinatown on Thayer, I would like to say how grateful we are to have received and been crowned the King/Queen of Thayer. I am thankful for my staff who continuously serve our customers and work hard to satisfy everyone. We are also extremely thankful for all of our loyal customers, we would not be where we are without you! The Taste of Thayer event was a unique gathering that highlighted all of the small businesses on Thayer and allowed everyone to come try and visit. We may be a small street but we have big hearts and delicious food to share! Also a big thank you to Donna and the Thayer Street district for working hard and making it all happen. We are glad we were able to put smiles on so many customers' faces and with the money we won from the event we hope to do the same for others. We are donating it to Make-A-Wish foundation of Rhode Island to hopefully continue brightening up someoneโ€™s day. Once again, thank you to all of our loyal customers who have been coming in and continuously supporting us. We are so honored, grateful, and blessed to have received this.
