Have it be known the perfect lamb burger already exists at .

But! After last winter we really needed something to make spring feel real for us - enter this mess made possible by

Ours has a thicker lamb patty salted and seared up nice that gets a brush of sherry glaze as it rests. Then it gets nuzzled into a bun with toum, a piquillo and ramp relish, and some pickled onion.

West End Shop only. 12 ea available daily :)

It’s crawfish season down south, and we wanted a little taste of the glory for ourselves. And you too, I guess ;)

We’re shipping up some of Louisiana’s finest next Thursday and doing it up right- we’ll also be some shucking some of Rhode Island’s best, to complement. Pop by on 4/16, if this seems like something like will tickle your fancy.

We’re shooting for a 5pm start time but will update on the day-of with a more accurate schedule.

We will be open Friday 1/30. I write this with a giant pit in my stomach - There is real momentum for real change and I am devastated we aren’t in a position to show up in the way I see friends and other businesses are.

Have it be known though, we stand in absolute solidarity with our neighbors, friends, immigrants, and victims of hate and oppression everywhere in tomorrow’s call for a national shutdown.

We will be making our ‘pay what you can’ option available all-day, everyday at our west end shop for the foreseeable future. We will also be donating a portion of this weekends sales to in support of their efforts to bring the fight for change to our city and as gratitude for reminding us that the future is indeed, very bright. This is what we can do for now.

Radical change is here. Let’s all be prepared to care of each other while we get there. We’ll be here if you need us.
