For the 2026 Tri-Cities Best, we won GOLD in Best Steakhouse and BRONZE in Fine Dining.

This month is a big one for Whitstran Steaks & Spirits! We just passed our seven year anniversary of opening, and now are celebrating this news! 🎊

We want to extend our gratitude to our customers - every single person has helped make this restaurant what it is today. A big goal of ours is to make sure customers are leaving happy - but a lot of the time, we find ourselves leaving happy after spending time laughing, chatting, and sharing experiences with you. The support the small community of Prosser has extended has been life-altering, and having recognition from the Tri-Cities area and population is business-altering. We are glad to have made an impact on those who choose to dine with us - but we want you to know that you have made an impact on us, as well.

This winning is recognition to the Whitstran, but we want to give a shout out to the people who make this possible. In our kitchen we have our head chef Mason who puts in extra time and hours to make curated specials on the weekends. Our other chefs and back of house members Chris, Mithzio, Forrest, Matt, and Anne ensure that our restaurant strives for excellence and unwavering quality and consistency in our food. Our service members and front of house members Avree, Levi, Rachel, Audrey, Darren, & Gisel come in with smiles on their faces day in and out to enrich the lives of those around them, adding the comfort and liveliness to our restaurant.
