❤️ Exciting news for the old Bushy’s Pit Stop! ❤️

Things are moving along quickly, and I just spoke with the new owner! They’re hoping to open their doors as early as Sunday or Monday. ❤️❤️❤️

Alan and I couldn’t be happier for them, and we can’t wait to stop in and try the food ourselves!

We hope everyone will give them a warm welcome and support this new local business. Small towns thrive when we support one another, and we’re excited to see them succeed.

📢 EXCITING NEWS FOR PROPHETSTOWN! 📢

We are excited to share that a new restaurant is coming to the former Bushy’s Pit Stop location!

Omamori Hibachi & Boba Tea, currently operating a successful food trailer in Indiana, is expanding and has chosen Prophetstown as the home of its next venture.

The menu will feature a variety of hibachi favorites including steak, chicken, shrimp, lobster, scallops, fried rice, noodles, appetizers, and boba tea. We know many of you have been wondering what is coming next, and we’re excited to finally give you a sneak peek.

We have enjoyed getting to know the owner throughout this process and are looking forward to seeing him bring something unique and exciting to our community. As a small business owner himself, he is taking a big step, and we hope our community will give him a warm Prophetstown welcome.

There is still work to be done before opening day, but we wanted to share the exciting news and let everyone know what is coming in the near future.

Please help us welcome Omamori Hibachi & Boba Tea to Prophetstown! We look forward to watching this new business grow and succeed.

We will not be opening back up tomorrow, we are in talks with a new tenant about leasing the building and them bringing in a new business. We are excited about the transition. Hopefully all goes as planned and ptown will have a different type of restaurant to look forward too

The kitchen crew is officially fully staffed, and we’re working hard to get ready to reopen daily at 11 AM again! 🙌

We are still looking for:
🍻 A couple bartenders
🍽️ 1 server

Right now our focus is making sure everyone is properly trained so we can give you the service and food quality you deserve. ❤️

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support during this little “pit stop” while we rebuild the team the right way. We can’t wait to get back to serving our amazing customers every day again! 🏁

To our valued customers and friends,

As of today, Bushy’s Pit Stop will be temporarily closed for the next two weeks as we take some time to regroup, refresh, and make a few important changes behind the scenes.

This short break will allow us to do some revamping, reorganizing, and rehiring so we can come back stronger and provide the experience our customers deserve.
