Roland's BBQ, Catering and Concessions Please allow me to introduce myself and my company to you. Roland's BBQ, Catering and Concessions has been incorporated as a full-service catering company.

All of our meat preparation is done on-site with an original slow-smoking barbecue pit. I developed my culinary skills by attending a chef school in Utah. I learned how to barbecue by observing my Mom, other family members, and neighbors in a small town in Lovejoy, Illinois, and mostly everyone who barbecued in my hometown was from the South. My barbecue is steeped in Southern tradition. Sincerely,
