We had a nice little write up from the Star Tribune last week.

The 5 best things our food writers ate (and drank) this week..
Slice at Enzo’s Pizza
A standard-size paper plate is no match for Enzo’s extra-large slice, with its triangular tip slinking over the edge.
The XL pies at this pizzeria, on the Prior Lake-Savage border, are 20 inches across, but the ones in the by-the-slice case ($6.50) get stretched even farther to the limits of what dough can handle. The result is thin, crispy from a reheat in the pizza oven, but still with the signature chew that a New York-style slice calls for. The foldable, blistery-charred handle was designed for grabbing and eating on the go.
Other than Joey Nova’s in Tonka Bay, this is the only place I’ve found in Minnesota that brings back memories of the kind of orange-grease-slicked and gloriously oversized slices that are plentiful on the boardwalk of the Jersey Shore, where just one could be enough for a whole dinner after a sunbaked day in the surf.
