We have to be honest. This is just 1 person doing this. I have had a food truck dream for years (14) and this wasn't it, but life takes you in the right direction you are suppose to go. I have loved potatoes my Entire life. This isnt what i wanted. So when post are made and the posts say "we" "were" "they" "they're" It's 1 person. Please forgive if "i" run out of things. And please remember. Not All Potatoes Are Created Equally. Thank you for all the support, my tiny self appreciates you!

We are open at Creekside in Prineville tomorrow 11-hopefully not sold out. We have upped the quantity. Specials are pulled pork with baked beans, BBQ sauce and homemade Cole Slaw and we will be doing loaded Baked potato fries: Cheese sauce, Shredded Cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and Chives! Come see us!
