Our Paella is made with Calasparra rice, saffron, roasted red peppers, and carrots, then layered with chorizo, chicken, shrimp, calamari, and scallops.

Cooked from scratch using the traditional paella method (slow-simmered and finished with a crispy socarrat) so please allow at least 30 minutes for preparation. Available at dinner only.
