UPDATE ABOUT TONIGHT’S EVENT
We wanted to share an important update about tonight's event.
In the past, including today, the health department has issued us temporary permits to serve food during special community events like this one. As we move closer to opening our full brick-and-mortar restaurant, they have determined that those temporary permits are no longer appropriate for us. As a result, we are not permitted to serve from inside our building effective immediately, or until we receive our restaurant license.
You may notice a "Closed" sign on our front door. That's because we can't serve from inside the building—but we can and are still open and serving from a tent outside!
Our setup will look a little different than we originally planned, but we'll still be there serving the food we've been working so hard to prepare.
We're certainly disappointed by the last-minute change, especially after having been able to operate this way for previous events and as of this morning thought we’d be able to tonight as well. That said, we understand the health department is enforcing the regulations as we transition to becoming a permanent restaurant, and we respect that they have a job to do.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and continued support as we navigate these final steps toward opening our doors. We can't wait to serve you tonight—and we're even more excited to welcome you into our restaurant very soon.
See you tonight!
