We understand you can't please everyone. Some people just like to complain. But when you leave a negative review and none of it says that you brought it to the attention of our staff or management... Well sugar, you not only lose all credibility, but you are a coward.
SHHHHH... Now, we know we aren't supposed to say the inside thoughts on the outside, but Mama said sometimes, silly just needs to be addressed. Now, no one is ever going to be mad at you at our bakery for bringing something to our attention that needs to be addressed.
Leaving a negative review means your experience was so mind-blowingly terrible that you want to intentionally do harm to a business owner that honestly was likely so busy trying to come up with stuff to make you happy that they might have missed their employee not checking to make sure things were so good you were satisfied better than your hubby. Yeah that happens sometimes.
Now, we try to make our customers feel more relaxed, and that might be something you need. If the detriment to your day is the drama from a harder corner piece of cake or a vanilla cupcake that didn't have your refined taste in the more delicate intricacies of the existence of the vanilla bean more in tune with your chakra, then you might have a lot more to worry about than your pumpkin loaf that you have been DYING for all season being BLAND.
TRAVESTY! It's a pumpkin loaf, lady. Welcome to reality. Even pumpkin doesn't taste like pumpkin anymore. What pumpkin have you ever tasted that tastes like a pumpkin spiced latte???? Huh??? Yeah, shaddup.
Secondly, we are sorry your experience was a bad one, but you never said S**T to ANYONE. Listen here, keyboard warrior. Our fingers are sharper than our tongue, mainly because we are required to run most things through legal now. (We don't discuss the reason that got us here.) But what we are "allowed to say" (insert eye roll here) is you are a sh*tty person for leaving a review and not giving anyone an opportunity to fix your Mama drama.
