Steam and Sugar Java on the Square is now STEAM AND SUGAR! A plucky little coffee/shake shop dedicated to the growth and abundance of Princeton, MO.

Locally roasted coffee, hand-dipped ice cream and milkshakes, "dirty" sodas, and breakfast sandwiches served all day!

Insider info: we hope to use some of the funds from this sale to finish up the coffee shop side, and get Steam & Sugar up and running again at last! Sorry for the unexpectedly long delay; we ran into one hurdle after another in that game we call life. It's been crazy, but we're still planning a big comeback!

In this lead-up to Christmas, we are temporarily shifting to an order-ahead model with Blue Stitch Bakery. Follow her on Facebook and order from her directly, and pickup can be arranged with her or at the bookstore.

I highly recommend the Ginger Molasses cookies, or my personal favorite, the Peppermint Fudge cookies!

And i happen to know the cranberry loaf makes delectable gourmet French toast! 😋
