Think Thanksgiving! A butter 🧈 pecan pie 🥧! Except in drink form… with chai ☕️? Oooh my my, it’s a butter pecan chai! Is it pronounced pecan or pecan 🥜? It’s like tomato or tomato 🍅 or potato or potato 🥔 - hard to tell when it’s written. Guess you’ll have to come order it to fight the battle of the Pecan! The first day of launch deserves two drinks, don’t ya think?! Call me Sal cuz I’ll never turn down a blueberry, and a bear would def try to steal this delicious drink 🐻 🫐 🧺 . Personally, I think pie is a necessity 24/7/365! This blueberry brown sugar latte is the perfect pick-me-up for those dreary fall days when the Freshman Flu tries to get you 🤧 ❌ ☕️ ✅ . It’s that time of year! 🎉🥳 🍂 Start planning your Halloween costumes 👻🎃, get your sweaters out of the closet, and really embrace orange 🧡 (it is our school color after all 🐅). I heard tomorrow is gonna be a chilly Autumn 70s vibe 🌡️🥶 … perfect time for our first seasonal drink to launch. Can’t you just smell the pumpkins and spice filling this cool air?? Meet the Board! Today we introduce Ella, Daisy, Eva, and Kayla!

Hi!! My name is Ella Anderton and I am co-event director of Coffee Club! I am a junior in the CEE department and can pretty much always be found at campus club, whether it’s making coffee or simply hanging out with fellow and honorary baristas. This summer I had an IIP in Paris where I spent a lot of time at cafes, but I’m so excited to be back at my favorite one on Princetons campus. When I’m not behind bar you can find me singing with my a ca****la group R20! So excited for the semester and for many night events to come :)

Hi everyone!! My name is Daisy, I’m a senior in the neuro department and I am one of the events directors for Coffee Club. After spending a great summer in England, I’m excited to be back and barista-ing again. This group has given me some of my closest friends and been one of the best parts of my time at Princeton, and I can’t wait for the year ahead!

Hey everyone!! I’m Eva, and I’m a junior and the marketing chair of coffee club! i LOVE coffee club sm, and have met some of my favorite people working at the shop. CC is my fav place, and I’m always around, either behind bar or hanging out around the couch with some fellow baristas, so come say hi! I’m SO excited to meet all our lovely new baristas so soon!

Hi im kayla and i am a junior in CEE and I am the coffee club social chair! i joined my freshman spring and have loved every opportunity to get more involved in ccs wonderful community of baristas! I luv making fun latte art and matching my mug to my outfits, clearly, and getting to chat with different baristas on every shift! And I cant wait to welcome our new hires in just a few short weeks!

Meet the Board! Today we introduce Kate, Caroline, and Sophia!

I am Kate, and I am the director of coffee education here at coffee club, the best community and best coffee in Princeton! Whether you are an iced mocha regular, matcha drinker, or a cold brew aficionado, Coffee Club has something for you. I am also so excited to work with Pearl Coffee, a local roaster, to make our coffee even better and help everyone feel as excited about coffee as I am!

Hey! I’m Caroline, and I’m the Director of Finance and Campus Partnerships here at Coffee Club!! I’ve been a barista since my sophomore spring, and it’s been by far my most favorite way to spend time outside of class at Princeton. I lovee all things coffee, but my go-to drink is matcha… catch me in NYC, NJ, or pretty much anywhere looking for the next best matcha!! I’m so so happy to be back for one last year with you all— we absolutely love welcoming you each year! If you love CC as much as we do, keep us in mind whenever you new events, partnerships, catering, tabs, or just a morning pick-me-up!! ☕️🫶

Hey! I’m Sophia, a junior in the geosciences department. I’m also the Director of Procurement for Coffee Club! I joined CC my freshman fall, and served as Marketing Chair before my current position. I am so grateful for the crazy memories and crazier people CC has gifted me. The shops truly feel like a second home! We are so excited to announce that the Coffee Club will now be partnering with PEARL COFFEE as our primary supplier for all coffee beans!! You may have seen them around at PNI or the Farmer’s Market, but their product is SO SO GOOD!! We will be featuring Single-Origin Guatemalan Washed Process Espresso, Swiss Water Process Decaf, Special Rotating Drips, and Cold Brew. 

Tomorrow, Friday, September 4th, from 1–4 pm at Campus Club, where the Pearl co-founders, Brooke and Austin, will come to hang out and chat about their product and offer free pour-overs. We also have a custom drink for TOMORROW ONLY: a cold brew with honey cold foam and edible pearl sprinkles. There will also be live DJs 2–4 pm! Stop by Campus Club to say hi and grab a drink!!
