The Biscuit Barn & Ice Cream Eatery will open for this event with a limited menu. Our focus will be on our ice cream creations, desserts and other sweet treats! We will have biscuits & gravy and a couple other hot items. Come on out Saturday, October 3rd and enjoy the music festival as well as The Biscuit Barn After Dark! Thank you to The City of Princeton for putting this event together!

There is a story behind every offering at The Biscuit Barn and Ice Cream Eatery. Today’s plate lunch entree is Grandmother’s Meatloaf. Grandmother is the late Nevelyn Cayce of Princeton, KY. We use Grandmother’s recipe for traditional tomato based meatloaf seasoned with onions, green peppers, salt and black pepper. Stop in every Wednesday for in-house made, tried and true, Grandmother’s Meatloaf!
