Having a fresh produce stand in the parking lot really helps when you need inspiration for a soup of the day.

We are starting lunch today with our Southern Chicken and Okra Soup! Tender pulled chicken, fried okra, potatoes, peppers, and a stewed tomato soup base. Make sure you are prepared though, this thing has a serious kick to it!

We got a new special, and a new soup of the day! We just finished a batch of our Cream of Zucchini Soup. Bursting with a rich flavorful base of fresh zucchini and onions, this is a perfect healthy option for a beautiful weather day like today.
