We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Pinnacle Peak Grill and the Corner Station Deli C-Store in Price (formerly Crosscut and Juniper Kitchen).
We're Jason and Sarah Mardell, a husband-and-wife team who have spent the last several years building and operating family-owned restaurants in neighboring Sanpete County. Since opening our first restaurant in 2017, we've been fortunate to grow to five locations, all with the same goal: serving fresh, delicious food while creating places where people feel welcome.
Our first restaurant was The Corner Station Deli in Fairview, where we restored a 1920s auto service station into the deli it is today. It's become a favorite stop for locals and travelers alike, and we're excited to bring many of those same sandwiches, salads, soups, coffees, and specialty sodas to the Corner Station Deli C-Store here in Price. A few customer favorites are the Turkey Cranberry, the Cheesesteak, and the Wild West!
At the heart of everything we do is a love for small towns. We believe rural communities deserve great food, friendly service, and businesses that genuinely care about the people they serve. We also believe in supporting our local economies by creating jobs and working with local vendors whenever we can.
At Pinnacle Peak Grill, we're excited to offer some of the same popular dishes, alongside some new additions that we'll continue adding over time. We're also excited to share that we've received our beer license and will very soon be serving draft and bottled beer and wine. We also plan to open for breakfast in the near future.
