We’ve had a little time to decompress from this past Thursday-Sunday & we wanted to say a few things:

Thank you immensely to the Maine Potato Blossom Festival committee, organizers & the town of Fort Fairfield for welcoming us into this event. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Thank you to everyone who made it out to either try out our menu for the 1st time or were return customers! It was awesome to chat with some of you, hear your positive feedback & get our name out there!
Your patience during wait times was appreciated so much, especially when lines were merging into the center of the food court 😅

At the end of Sunday, we watched the fireworks over the river. All we could say was, “We made it.”
Those fireworks were the finale to the 2026 Potato Blossom but also to our longest stretch of food truck operation in 1 weekend & we left feeling incredibly proud & grateful.

Thanks for keeping us going folks. We’ll see you in August 🙌🏼🫶🏼
