A regular customer came with her husband to eat. After finish dining, she told me “I normally don’t eat out, I only cook at home, but this place is an exception. I love coming here to eat.”
Coincidentally, another woman also told me the same thing on that day.

A regular Vietnamese customer who lives in Phoenix, but comes to Prescott every week to visit her mother in law came to eat pho today.
I asked her ”So where do you eat pho when you are in Phoenix?” She said “Nowhere, I just cook at home because there is none that I like. The only place I go to eat pho is here because it tastes like homemade.”

A man came in to eat pho for the first time. When checking out, he told me: ”Do you know what is the best pho?” I said :”what?” as I was so curious to learn something from him.
Then he said: “The one that made with love ❤️ and that’s what you guys did”
I was so surprise 😮 to hear his answer as it was unexpected. I thought I was going to learn something to improve my cooking 😂

A woman came in to eat pho with her son. After finished dining she said: “I had a lots of pho and they all tasted the same, but yours is very different, it is really good and my son likes it.” She also shared with me that she cooks chicken broth at home all the time.
I said “Yes, chicken is easy to make, but for beef broth, please come here to eat because it will be cheaper for you to eat my beef pho than to buy all the ingredients and cook from scratch.” She agreed!

By the way, did you know I also have a 23 months old baby that I didn’t dare to bring her to work because sometimes she cried and misbehaved and most importantly because I RESPECT your dining experience and safety for all of my customers so much that I rather have my husband stays at home to watch her instead when we can’t find a babysitter? Let me tell you running a restaurant without my husband help lately hasn’t been easy

Linda came in today to eat pho and she asked to speak to me. When I saw Linda she immediately hugged me and said “your post about the Holy Spirit was so beautiful, it made me cry when reading your post”.
Aww…🥹 I never meant to make you tear. I just spoke from my heart and you probably felt it. If I ever make you cry, I am very sorry. Please know, it’s not me that touches you, but the Holy Spirit comes and warms your heart ❤️ . Thanks be to God !🙏
