We’re hiring! We’ve done some restructuring and are excited to hire two new market positions and a new Kitchen Program Manager. PFM and its programs thrive due to the commitment and collaboration of 10 staff members. PFM’s work culture is rooted in hard work, integrity, community, and resourcefulness. If delicious, handcrafted food, a full bar and an array of silent auction items that includes overseas trips are not enough to entice you, we also have some new offerings this year:
• an appetizer spread of locally made bread, chef-crafted buttery spreads and olive oil and vinegar pairings from Olive U Naturally.
• a bloom bar of flowers from Juniper Ridlen Farm and Whipstone Farm with thrifted vases. Build your own bouquet to enjoy for the evening and then take home, thanks to Haley Construction.
• Buckin’ Brims will be there to help you embellish a branded canvas tote with farmers market-inspired patches. Who doesn’t need another canvas bag for their PFM haul?!

September is Hunger Action Month, but fresh food insecurity is a year-round issue. Our Feed Your Neighbors (FYN) program works with our local farmers, awesome volunteers, and many community partners to fight hunger and support local households in need.
