At 17, owning a restaurant wasn’t even on the radar. Fast forward a few years, and now it’s early mornings, tough decisions, taxes nobody warned you about, and learning that sometimes you just have to throw an idea at the wall and see if it sticks. 😅🔥

The first few months? Terrifying. Full of doubt, stress, and wondering if it would all work out. But showing up every day, putting in the work, and refusing to quit changed everything. 💪

And the best part isn’t the waffles, the success, or even the busy weekends. It’s having the freedom to be there for the moments that matter most—like watching your daughter grow up and never missing the milestones that count. ❤️
