Established 2015 as a mobile kitchen trailer in Flagstaff, AZ, then 2018 as a counter service restaurant in Williams, AZ. Proprietors JD & Trish are natives of New Orleans who opened Bayou By You to share the delicious food that they grew up with. While highlighting the classics of Creole and Cajun cooking and maintaining traditional Southern Louisiana flavors, they've created a delicious menu that is comprised of family favorites and entirely gluten-free.
