🍥 Cinnamon Roll Spotlight of the Week! 🍥
This week, our cinnamon rolls made their way to Prescott Adventist Christian School, and I had such a great time with these ladies this morning! ❤️
I loved getting to visit with them and learn a little more about their school. They shared that they have 91 students! What a wonderful way to start the morning, sharing a little Backburner sweetness with the people who make our community so special. 🥰
We’re so happy to treat these amazing ladies to some of our famous cinnamon rolls and show them a little love!

🌯 A Little Backburner History! 🌯
Did you know one of our most-loved lunch favorites has a little history of its own? 😋
The “Savage Wrap” was originally created by Dusty Savage when she was just 15 working here at the Backburner! ❤️
What started as a creative idea from one of our young team members turned into a customer favorite that’s still going strong today! 🙌
We love that some of our favorite menu items have a story behind them, and this one is definitely a little piece of Backburner history!

16 YEARS OF LOYALTY, LOVE & BEING FAMILY!

Some people come into your life as employees and, over time, become so much more. They become family.

My brother and I have been blessed to own and operate our restaurant here in Prescott Valley for 20 years, and today, we want to give a very special shout-out to someone who has been such an important part of our journey for the past 16 YEARS — JAMIE!

Jamie started with us as a server, and over the years, she has learned just about every part of this restaurant. Today, she wears so many hats as both a manager and a server. From scheduling and catering to helping coordinate special events and our weekly Cinnamon Roll Spotlight, where we celebrate and support other amazing local businesses, she puts her heart into so much of what we do.

Watching Jamie grow over the years and become such an incredible part of our team has been one of the many blessings of owning a small business. She has been there through so many seasons, changes, busy days, and special moments, and we honestly couldn't imagine our team without her!

And one of the most special parts of this journey is that it's not just Jamie who has been part of our restaurant family. At one time, her husband worked with us, and even one of her sons! Her whole family is amazing, and we feel so incredibly fortunate to know them and have them be part of our story.

Running a small business takes a village, and people like Jamie are the reason we are able to do what we do. Her dedication, hard work, willingness to jump in wherever she's needed, and the heart she puts into this place mean more to us than words can ever fully express.

16 years is more than a number. It's memories, trust, growth, dedication, and family.

Jamie, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for being YOU, for growing with us, for standing beside us, and for being such an important part of our restaurant and our lives. We are beyond grateful and honored to have you on our team!

Here's to you, Jamie, and to many more years of making memories together!
