Get to know your official Summer Slam Judging Panel:

👨‍🏭 MR. HOOGLAND
•Who he is: The man, the myth, the legend behind the viral Prentice Shop Class on TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/)!
•The Creds: Hands down the best shop teacher in Price County. If anyone knows how to inspect precision, heat control, and structure, it's him. He’ll be looking for flawless ex*****on on every rack.

⚙️ LOGAN
•Who he is: The mastermind from Lucid Diesel on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/).
•The Creds: Logan built an army of fans by being delightfully and entertainingly reckless, yet innovative and enticing. He takes diesel trucks to the absolute edge with extreme modifications and epic challenges. He is looking for pitmasters who aren't afraid to push flavor to the absolute limit!

👨‍🚒 KYLE
•Who he is: The Fire Chief himself, representing the Prentice Volunteer Fire Department (Follow Prentice Fire Department & Ambulance Service on Facebook).
•The Creds: Protecting the community by day, and laying down the law on great food by night. The Chief will be judging with the heart (and stomach) of a true hometown hero.

We are taking a quick breather, but the stage-free tunes will return next Tuesday!

However, the bar is still wide open tonight for drinks—and frankly, our regulars visiting Blong's Tavern 80+ years ago are counting on you. Just look at the young fella in this photo looking entirely stressed out that the patio isn't full yet. They didn't build this town just for you to stay home on a Tuesday because someone isn't playing "Friends in Low Places."

Come have a drink and keep the tradition alive. The ghosts of Blong's Tavern are watching! 🍻👻

🐷 BIG UPDATE: The July 3rd BBQ just got a massive upgrade! 🐷

We are officially one month away from our huge Independence Day weekend kickoff at Sailors II, and we couldn’t keep this a secret any longer. That "Free BBQ" we promised? Well, we left out a small detail...

We are doing a FULL-BLOWN PIG ROAST! 🔥🍖

We’re talking slow-cooked, smoky, fall-off-the-bone perfection, and yes—it is still completely FREE while it lasts!

None of this would be possible without the legendary crew over at Rug’s Northern Dumpsters, LLC. They stepped up to sponsor the pig (along with us here at Sailors II) and make sure we kick off the holiday weekend the right way.

And because we know you can't have an epic Northwoods roast without the best quality meat, we are proud to say the pork is being supplied locally by Roscoe’s Country Sausage Inc.! 🥩💯
