It's First Fridays week. Seminary Street Historic Downtown District shuts down this Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. for free live music, food in the street, and the unofficial start of summer in Galesburg. Popular band Bits and Pieces opens the season. Malley Farms has chocolate bon bons. Landmark Cafe, Innkeeper's Coffee, The Packinghouse, Jimmy's Pizza, JT's Caramel Corn, and Cornucopia will be out there. Bring a lawn chair and bring an appetite. It's free.

FarmerJohn is back with his goat milk soft serve ice cream from and fresh goat milk from ~~ local dairy from goats raised on green pastures.
