One thing I’ll always do when I travel? Find a local Nutrition shop 🌪️💚

Back when I was traveling for work I used to hunt down tea shops on every work trip. Now Nick and I still do the same thing anytime we travel because no big chain can replace the feeling of walking into a shop where the owner genuinely cares.

This is one of my favorite stops in Houston. Fairmont Nutrition. No matter how busy they are , she always remembers me, says hello, and asks how I’m doing. That personal connection is what makes Nutrition shops different. You just don’t get that everywhere.

If you’re ever in Houston, definitely stop by and show them some love 💚
