We’re looking to add hands-on culinary support to our team and are searching for a Chef / Production Manager who leads from the kitchen, not the sidelines.
This is a working role, side by side with our teams, focused on ex*****on, consistency, and development.
What we need:
• Operational guidance
• Side-by-side production
• Production planning
• Coaching & development (with documentation)
• Catering experience
• Menu analysis
• Limited menu creativity (quarterly specials)
What we don’t need:
• Strategic supervision
• Involved menu creation
