Prairie Grove, we are down to our last week of the season! I had NO idea how much I was going to fall in love with doing this!☀️💛
THANK YOU to the people who were already waiting when I opened the window, the families who drove from other towns just so their kids could have a dye-free treat, the moms who told me, “This is their very first snow cone,” and the adults who hadn’t had one in YEARS because they couldn’t have food dyes finally getting Tiger's Blood again... every single time, I’ve had to hold back tears. 🥹
That’s what this summer became for me. People, sticky faced kids, watching our little community gather, listen to music, play and make summer memories together.
Thank you for welcoming Sunshine Shack into this community, trusting me to make a treat you feel good about giving your kids, and letting my family spend our summer making memories with yours. What a gift this summer has been. ☀️
And now… one last weekend. 🥹

RIP, Dolly. 💛🦋✨
An absolute inspiration and a beautiful reminder of what it looks like to shine your light and use it to make the world a little brighter.
In her honor, we’ll have FREE children’s books out at Sunshine Shack this week. 📚☀️ Take one, read it, love it, and keep passing that light along.
May we all take a lesson from a life so well lived: be unapologetically yourself, love people big, give generously, and never be afraid to let your light shine. 🌈

Someone left a phone behind at The Grove Food Truck Park tonight, and we’d love to get it back to its owner! 💛 If you think it might be yours, send Sunshine Shack a message with a description of the phone so we can make sure it gets back into the right hands.

Somehow summer went by way too fast because we only have 2 WEEKS left at The Grove Food Truck Park! 🥹💛 If you've been saying "we need to go get a snow cone!"- THIS is your sign! We'll be open Thursday and Friday 4-7pm and on Saturday from 4- the band is done! Our LAST DAY is August 29th!🍧
So bring the kids for that after school treat, try one more new combo while you still can (or 5😝), listen to some live music, enjoy dinner someone else cooked, and soak up these last bits of summer with us!✨️🌈☀️

There’s just something different about the love of a rescue dog. 🥹🐾☀️ They may come from a shelter, but somehow they spend the rest of their lives rescuing us right back. 💛
Sharing the video of my why. The moment our sweet Peach realized she was leaving the shelter and heading HOME. And seeing Sunshine Shack parked outside the water park today, helping support the same kind of place that once gave her a safe place to land… yeah, this one means a little more. 🥹
This is why we do it. Not just for the snow cones. Not just for the fun. But because Sunshine Shack was always meant to be about spreading a little sunshine wherever we can. ☀️🌈
Here’s to the shelters that love them while they wait, the people who fight for them, and the rescue dogs who somehow become family the second they walk through the door. Today’s sunshine is for them. ☀️🐾💛
