This week’s menu is crafted around the idea of a lovely menu you might find served at a wedding reception. 💗

Anniversary Bowl-
Roasted rosemary chicken breast, atop whipped yellow potatoes, with white wine gravy, & asparagus, garnished with mushrooms & bacon

Berry Salad- with strawberries, toasted pecans, crispy onions, feta and creamy house vinaigrette

We have enjoyed a weekend of fun, both in the mountains and in our yard. We are excited to kick off June with a full menu!

🫑 Chicken Enchiladas- shredded chicken, freshly roasted poblano & Anaheim peppers, Monterey Jack cheese all tucked into flour tortillas & topped with house-made sour cream green chili sauce & Mozzarella cheese

🫜 Spring Cobb Salad- Crisp mixed greens, roasted asparagus, peas, sliced radish, feta cheese, hard boiled egg, bacon, croutons, & creamy herb buttermilk dressing 🫛
