🍯 What’s Honey Process Coffee?

Bad news, it's not made with honey. 😢Instead, it’s all about how the beans are dried. After harvesting, some of the fruit’s sticky “mucilage” is left on the seed as it dries in the sun. That natural layer adds sweetness, body, and fruity complexity to the cup.

Think of it as the perfect middle ground between washed (clean, bright) and natural (fruity, bold).

Curious? Try our Appalachian Twilight! It has some honey processed coffee in the blend.
