Sometimes we get special requests for cakes we’ve never made before. We’re almost always up for the challenge. This Italian lemon cream cake looked divine.  It’a white cake filled with a lemon mascarpone filling. The sides were covered with crushed vanilla cream cookies. It got rave reviews. We will have to serve again soon. 🇮🇹 🍋
