Hi my lovelies, it’s been a long time, hope you are all doing amazing! Where to begin, our time in the US was unbelievable BUT family does come and we missed them so much we had to come back!

Sadly I won’t be doing this full time, like many other businesses owners it is too much as I am not being able to do it full time having a young family and a demanding job but I will be taking a few orders as I just love this baking thing 🤍

This was for my youngest, he turned 6 and yes I am just not ok how fast time is slipping away 🥲

I had the opportunity and absolute pleasure to cater for my lovely friend last week for her Sip and Shops events which went absolutely fantastic!

My mum once told me the name means the littlest in the family so she would always call me that “My Benjamina” (mi Benjamina) hence why we picked Benjamin for my little one!

•Strawberry Macarons💫•

So I figured out that it was actually my old oven doing all of the orangey mess on my previous batches of macarons! (thanks for that oven thank you could have saved me so many disappointments 😂) I have a non convection oven now (non-fan oven for my UK loves) and it worked wonders 💜

These were strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream filled; super delicious 💫🙌🏼 I made them as a treat for some friends we had over for dinner on Friday night, they are definitely a hit and will be a keeper for my standard recipe book 😍

My cake stuff has been delivered!!! And what did I do to celebrate? A recipe I have never done before (I know bad baker!) they were the most delicious things ever, no wonder why they were my mum’s favourite!

Saying goodbye to summer holidays in this house and ready to get back in the swing of things! I have tons of recipes I want to perfection and trial I can’t wait to get started 🙌🏼

Hi my lovelies 💫

Sorry it’s been a while!

Hope you are all doing amazing and that you are keeping well?!

I treated the king of the house to a classic Victoria sponge for Father’s Day! It’s an absolute classic, simple, practical and so yummy! Much like him 🥰🤣

We are off to Indianapolis for the weekend, hope that whatever you do you have a wonderful time 🥂

I want to thank my lovely followers that have stuck with me during this time, it’s a transitional moment for this family that requires my undivided attention so I am baking as and when I can (also all of my cake equipment is on a ship somewhere in the Atlantic ocean, also I have to work out how to set up a business in the US 🤣 also I don’t have any friends and family to give cakes to 😭sad, I know) apologies if you don’t see much cake related stuff ☹️ but I promise: This lady will be back with cakes full time💪🏼 💫 (that is the dream) 💋

HAPPY FATHER’s DAY to all the hard working partners out there, and special thanks to mine, I could not have wished for a more wonderful human being to raise little humans with 😍
