We are a family-owned and operated Chocolatier dedicated to being a force for good in our community. We specialize in handcrafted chocolates and fresh, local ingredients. ChocMo grew out of a small chocolate operation that we started in 2005, making and selling handmade chocolates at our local Farmer’s Market. Over the last 15 years, we have developed our program to include over 20 different hand-crafted chocolate confections. In addition, we now roast and refine our Cacao beans in-house, allowing us to create unique and memorable flavor profiles that represent the terroir of the growing regions of Cacao. Connecting and supporting our community is an integral piece of what we do.

Cute enough to keep. Too good not to eat.

What does "deliberate chocolate" mean? 🍫 Made with intention in every detail. Two-bite pieces crafted for pure enjoyment. Honest, no-waste packaging. Direct-sourced cacao. Chocolate as a force for good. It's on our wall in Poulsbo, and it's how we make everything.

W**e tasting this Friday, and this one's for a good cause. 🎀

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a portion of bottle sales will go toward breast cancer research. We're also doing a drawing for a bottle of Ancient Peaks Oyster Ridge.

Come taste, find something you like, and help do a little good.
