Just wanted to update everyone and let you know I have officially closed Simply Edna as of today, ole girl has been good but she has got to be put out to pasture so the Big guy Ole Ed’s can take back over🤗🤗🤗 if things go as planned be prepared for a news flash this week!!

Thanks for all your support while we dealt with this down time I greatly appreciate everyone of you guys❤️❤️❤️

Due to the serve weather threat throughout the night and into tomorrow, i won’t be opening the food truck up on Sunday 12/29 I will reopen Monday 12/30! sorry for any inconvenience but please stay safe!!

🫣We’re closely monitoring the tropical storm that’s expected to hit our area on Thursday. If the forecast continues to predict severe weather, Simply Edna’s will be closed this Thursday for everyone’s safety and if it continues with heavy rain on Friday I will have to stay closed as well!! Please bare with us as we can not control this weather and due to fact we are working out of a food trailer it makes things very trying!! Thank you for your understanding and continued support..
