Okay, the prices are in! Chef Tommy will be preparing family style Thanksgiving dinners. The menu is
Slow Roasted Turkey
Chef Thomas’ traditional recipe, roasted with fresh vegetables in a white wine brine
Carrots Vichy
Fresh carrots slow cooked in a sweet and buttery sauce finished off with fresh herbs
Potato Stuffing
Homemade mashed potatoes mixed with herbs, vegetables and the Chef’s homemade croutons baked until golden brown
Meals are cooked family style
10 person ~ $120
20 person~ $200
All orders must be placed by November 22nd and picked up on November 26th
