WE ARE HIRING!
We’re looking for someone to take over the reins and learn how to make our pizza.

No experience is necessary. In fact, we’ll probably have to unteach any old habits anyway.

We’re looking for someone who:

-Stays calm under pressure.
-Never sacrifices quality for speed.
-Has an eye for detail and a drive for perfection.

Our pizza is constantly evolving, and we’re looking for someone who is willing to grow and evolve with it.

During the week, you’ll be prepping for our shop. On weekends, you’ll be making pizzas alongside us.

We’ll start you with the fundamentals and gradually teach you every aspect of our process, with the goal of having you eventually replace us on the pizza station.

We will be upfront: This is hard work, but it’s also an incredible opportunity. If you’re looking for a career—not just a job—and want to become part of our family, we’d love to hear from you.

Buffalo Chicken Pie-

White-garlic base, chopped chicken breast coated in house-made buttery buffalo, cooper sharp, mozzarella, finished with garlic chives & Chef Aaron’s herbaceous bleu cheese on a seeded crust.

We want to wish our own Katie Heimbach, a happy wedding day and beautiful marriage.

Over the last year or two, Katie has been a huge piece to our family. We’re going to miss her dearly, but this next chapter will be a blessing. Salute to Katie and Isaac! 🥂🤍
