In light of the Ukrainian humanitarian crisis, I decided to create a roast dedicated to raising money for the Ukraine Crisis relief fund with Global Giving. For every bag sold, I will donate $8, which will go towards:

-Shelter, Food and clean water

-Health and psychosocial support

-Access to education and economic assistance

I will be donating this money through my Fiancés work, since they are offering a 1:1 match, so every dollar raised will be doubled, so we can create the greatest possible impact. (this also means I will not be using this donation as a tax write off. I don’t care about that.)

I’m thrilled to officially announce a project I’ve been working on for some time. has been working to launch a brand new Sticky Bunn Cafe in the 19464, called Mr. Sticky’s homemade sticky buns! I designed the entire coffee program myself, and we have cold brew on nitro, cappuccinos and lattes, and hands crafted specialty drinks, in addition to award winning sticky buns. Tonight I'm enjoying the coffee version of a Russian Imperial stout I did with J.J. Ratigan Brewing Company. After working with a few breweries on coffee stouts, I've realized that the coffee used, and the coffee brewing method, has a profound impact on the finish of the beer. We got this stout really well balanced, and you mostly get the coffee towards the end of the palate, with the cocoa finish from the coffee accentuating the chocolate already present in the stout obnoxiously well.
