We are getting closer to opening for dinner service. The wood fired oven is up and running, The wood is here and the outdoor seating is now available for anyone who wants to take in the fresh air and hang around for a while after eating!
Dan out did himself constructing the live edge tables on his first try at this! Come check it out.

Happy Days are hear again! The new air conditioning system is in! Replaced the entire system and boy does it feel great! Thank you to everyone who put up with our inconvenience.

Happy fourth of July and to our 250th anniversary! Urban's wood fired pizza trailer will be at a private event helping celebrate the day and we will be closed at the restaurant for the day.

We have had a crazy couple of weeks! Our A/C went on the fritz and we are getting quotes for replacing the entire system, which is taking more time than expected. Thank you for all the people who have been patient with us. The heat is not helping. Take out is making better sense for now until we can get things back on track. We expect things to back to normal very shortly.

I want to wish a Happy Anniversary to my bride of 46 years! Think I'll take the day to spend some together time. Soon, back to spending more time on site.

Off to a GREAT start today! Had some for myself and that same sourdough flavor comes out throughout the slices that we are known for with our "pizza truck". Light and satisfying with fresh hydroponic basil to top everything off. Hate to toot our own horn, but that is one of the benefits of owning a pizza shop!! Look for specials coming soon as an invitation to try our wood fired pizzas if you have not yet had the opportunity.

Tomorrow starts the introduction of our wood fired pizza! Come on out and give it a try! If you have never had a wood fired pizza, you are in for a treat! We have been doing wood fired pizzas on our "food truck" since 2014 with many breweries, vineyard and many private events in our rear view mirror. Tomorrow we will have our normal hours and looking to expand into diner soon.

Our apologies for the lack of telephone service today. Verizon finally got it back up about 1PM. Loose connector down the line. Does not make us feel better. This seems to be happening every couple of months or so. We are back up to full speed for tomorrow. Thank you for your patience!!
