Off to a GREAT start today! Had some for myself and that same sourdough flavor comes out throughout the slices that we are known for with our "pizza truck". Light and satisfying with fresh hydroponic basil to top everything off. Hate to toot our own horn, but that is one of the benefits of owning a pizza shop!! Look for specials coming soon as an invitation to try our wood fired pizzas if you have not yet had the opportunity.

Tomorrow starts the introduction of our wood fired pizza! Come on out and give it a try! If you have never had a wood fired pizza, you are in for a treat! We have been doing wood fired pizzas on our "food truck" since 2014 with many breweries, vineyard and many private events in our rear view mirror. Tomorrow we will have our normal hours and looking to expand into diner soon.

Our apologies for the lack of telephone service today. Verizon finally got it back up about 1PM. Loose connector down the line. Does not make us feel better. This seems to be happening every couple of months or so. We are back up to full speed for tomorrow. Thank you for your patience!!

Well, It is finally in! Daniel did this project all by himself. 2,000 pound wood fired Italian made oven. He brought it in, elevated it to put it on the stand, covered it with insulation , cement and ceramic tiles. Took about 2 weeks of downtime for the restaurant, but we are back open and once the oven has had a chance to completely "cure", we will be offering authentic wood fired pizza! Won't be long now. Stay tuned!

I apologize for so long a delay in bringing people up to speed. We have been closed while we are installing our wood fired pizza oven. Just been too busy to post. We need to have the mchd check it out before we can use it. But we are almost finished!. A lot more work than we figured. Architect drawings, concrete pad to support the weight, boro inspsections( great people by the way!) Very responsive and quickly! And special nod to my son Dan who has been burning the midnight oil on many days to get this done. Literally into the wee hours of the mornings to push this through. Hopefully soon we will be able to offer the pizzas we have been doing for a decade in our catering business on our mobile wood fired pizza trailer! Stay tuned!
