🐷🇮🇹 A LITTLE TASTE OF TUSCANY COMING HOME WITH US! 🇮🇹🍷

One of the best parts of traveling for Wenzel’s Signature Catering is that we’re always looking for inspiration—and our visit to a pig farm near Montepulciano, Italy definitely delivered!

We were able to learn more about the local ingredients, meats, preparation methods, and flavors that make Tuscan food so special. Even better, we came away with some new recipe ideas and ingredients that we’re excited to incorporate into our own catering menus back home! 👨‍🍳✨

That’s what makes these experiences so valuable to us. We’re not simply tasting the food—we’re asking questions, learning how things are made, discovering new flavor combinations, and figuring out how we can put our own Wenzel’s Signature Catering twist on them.

Some of our favorite menu ideas have been born from things we’ve tasted while traveling, and now we have a few more tucked away from Tuscany. 😉🇮🇹

We can’t wait to start experimenting in the kitchen and share a little bit of what we discovered in Montepulciano with all of you.

What a way to be inspired! If you’re ever in Skagway, Alaska, put Alaska Fish Co. at the top of your must-visit list.

One bite of Alaskan Red King Crab and I understood why it’s world-famous. 🦀🇺🇸

Today we had the incredible Red King Crab at Alaska Fish Co. in Skagway, and it was absolutely unforgettable. Sweet, rich, buttery, and so fresh that it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite reminded us why Alaska is known for some of the finest seafood on the planet.

As people who love creating memorable dining experiences through Wenzel’s Signature Catering, I can’t help but appreciate the quality, simplicity, and respect they give such an amazing ingredient. Sometimes the best meals don’t need anything fancy—just incredibly fresh seafood prepared perfectly.

If your travels ever bring you to Skagway, do yourself a favor and order the Red King Crab. It’s one of those meals you’ll be talking about long after your vacation ends.
